We are looking for our next Compliance Officer to work with business ethics and GDPR compliance at Lantmännen’s Group Functions, where we keep business in mind and people at heart. This is what you will do As a Compliance Officer, you will be part of our Group Compliance team and a larger Compliance community with colleagues from different business areas. Group Compliance is a central function that drives Lantmännen’s Business Ethics (including anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions legislation and competition law compliance) and GDPR compliance programs as well as manages the Lantmännen Code of Conduct. Lantmännen Group consists of five sectors, each including several businesses and companies, and we operate in an international environment, with presence in over 20 countries. In the Compliance Officer role you will work across the entire Group to implement and follow up on our compliance programs and continuously develop processes and routines within the field. The compliance programs are an important part of Lantmännen’s overall sustainability strategy. In the scope for this position, you will prepare reports, KPIs and communication material, conduct trainings, workshops, risk assessments and follow-ups and manage compliance-related projects. You will play an important role in the digitalization of our processes and in increasing the knowledge and use of our digital compliance tools, as well as in monitoring and ensuring the Group is up to date with compliance trends. Another imperative aspect of the role is to perform integrity due diligence of important stakeholders and suppliers. You will also be involved in compliance activities related to sustainability regulation frameworks, such as CSRD and CSDDD, where the Group Compliance collaborates with other Group functions, e.g. Group Sustainability. There will be great opportunities to develop both professionally and on a personal level. You will be part of a team of three and report to Janica Cronedal, Director Group Compliance. Group Compliance is part of the larger function Group Legal Affairs & Compliance which also includes our central legal team. You will have close interaction with all the colleagues within Group Legal Affairs & Compliance, as well as the extended Compliance community. Some traveling to our businesses and offices may occur occasionally. The position is placed at our headquarter in Stadshagen, Stockholm. This is what you need to succeed You have: A relevant academic degree in business, law or similar. Preferably 2-3 years of work experience within ethics compliance, legal or finance/economics Knowledge and understanding of GDPR as well as international Business Ethics Legislation and standards (anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions, competition law) Experience in driving projects independently from start to finish Skills in interacting with various stakeholders on different levels. Interest and knowledge of digital tools and how they can improve efficiency in business.
