Job Description

As Store Manager at Singular Society, you will be responsible for store experience and superb service to all our visitors. Being a role model, representing Singular Society acting as an ambassador in everything you do. ​

Member recruitment, sales performance, experience and profitability of the store will be your overall responsibility. Planning all store operations and activities. ​

Key Responsibilities​

  • Secure superb service, in all areas according to our Service standards.
  • Retain and recruit members as Singular Society ambassadors as a part of the daily work
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to enhance the shopping experience in your store. Follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions for improvements, balancing long and short-term planning for the store. Execute on our recruitment targets and onboarding to ensure member growth
  • Ensure high quality standard on merchandising, commercial calendar and store standards
  • Follow up and secure allocation and stock levels in cooperation with Office team ​
  • Support, lead and manage a team to enhance the shopping and working experience in your store. Ensure to motivate your team to achieve company goals and objectives ​
  • Plan, execute and follow up the recruitment processes for your store. Execute staff training and development. Organize, provide and carry out training sessions
  • Identify future talents and work to ensure clear goals for development. Ensure that succession training is carried out. Build a strong feedback culture with daily feedback. Follow yearly dialogues and probations talks being conducted and ensure team/colleagues improvements
  • Ensure that all safety and legal procedures are followed​
  • Be a role model by living our values and acting on our leader principles


Qualifications

  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional store and shopping experiences
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong team leadership and coaching abilities
  • Deep understanding of clientele expectations and behaviours
  • Understanding of brand heritage, craftmanship and exclusivity
  • Knowledge of retail operations., including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
